"The facilities are dated. The service can be a little slow. But overall, so beautiful and at the price point I think a great deal. The breakfast is pretty good, go early if you want less of a crowd. The food overall was well priced (higher than usual Vietnam prices but well lower than equivalent properties in the US) and delicious. "We had an incredible few days at the Luxury resort. The staff were truly wonderful. The ladies in the spa were delightful and massages in the huts were beautful. We can't recommend it highly enough!! Breakfast is amazing!! Thank you all!!"

"Very nice hotel, clean af comfortable. We got an upgrade upon arrival to a suite. Stan was very helpful and nice. Helped us book minivan for our onward journey and tickets to vinwonder. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Every aspect of this hotel was perfect and you can tell the staff and caretakers of the property take pride in it. The facilities were great, room was very comfortable and the surrounding area was very walkable and an activity in itself. The welcome drinks, crystal sauna, and freebies the hotel offers is unbeatable. Id reccomend this to anyone, but especially families. It’s super friendly and accomodating to all age groups. "

"Very average hotel with poor house keeping service. The rooms are nice but very small, the shower is next to the toilet to it’s inevitable to get the toilet seat and toilet paper wet. House keeping opened our door with knocking while we were changing so that was a big no from us. I would recommend this hotel if they improve their customer service. It’s good for budget stays"
